The Pneuvac range of pneumatic conveying equipment designed for sanitary handling of powders, pellets and bulk granular now available from Spiroflow is particularly ideal for long range conveying where product degradation is a concern. System capabilities include dilute phase conveying up to 100m distance at speeds of 1000m to 2000m/min. Materials can be conveyed directly from bags, drums, silos, bulk containers or process machinery.
The equipment includes feed bins, material receivers, blowers, venturi powered feeders, suction wands, bag dump stations and PLC control panels with optional RS232 port.
It is designed to meet sanitary standards including additional quick dismantling for ease of cleaning.
Turnkey systems are available or systems can be custom installed into an existing processing facility.
The equipment is ideal for maintaining a head of material in a process machine hopper, filling blenders, check sieving, feeding mills, loading tablet presses and conveying material into mixing tanks.
