Incline conveyor systems are modular
Three modular incline conveyor systems are manufactured to robust, functional and cost effective standards and are described in detail in the latest mk catalogue.
mk have introduced three new incline conveyor systems to their already vast range of modular conveying systems based on their System 2000 slotted aluminium profiles. These new conveyor systems can be found in the comprehensive 319 page 'mk Systems ConveyorTechnology' catalogue, the 'Must-have' guide to modular conveying for any automation or production engineer. These three new modular systems are manufactured to the same robust, functional and cost effective standards as all mk conveyors.
System KFS-P 2040.86 - a steel slat incline conveyor to use in harsh environments where parts to be conveyed are heavy, sharp, or have fluids adhered to them.
Usual applications are pressed parts turned metal parts, sharp plastic parts.
System KFM-P 2040.86 - plastics slat incline conveyor for use in similar environments but can also cope with magnetic parts and other environments where steel belts are not appropriate.
System KFG-P2040.86 - PVC belt version for use in general conveying environments.
Many different belt versions available, including FDA.
All these new mk conveyors have the following features as standard: * Flexible standard constuction with a selection of options such as motor positions, con struction and angles of incline.
* Available direct from catalogue through design guides.
* Fast delivery through standard construction.
* Reliable construction through use of proven components.
* Compatible with other mk conveyor systems, frameworks and guarding.
* Shutes and covers available for all conveyor types.
