Designed to increase the strength and life of Wirebelt's Flat-FlexR open-mesh, stainless steel wire belting, the system includes an innovative conveyor belt splicing strand, profiling pliers and simple belt splicing instructions. Through research and development, Wirebelt engineers discovered that splicing a belt with a single strand makes the spliced area of the belt the toughest part of the conveyor belt circuit, resulting in lower belt repair and replacement costs.
Each EZSplice strand is a pre-formed, custom shape wire strand designed explicitly to join a specific Flat-Flex belt together, ensuring joint strength and preventing premature wire belt breaks that can occur at weak splices or joints.
The extended conveyer belt life offered by the EZSplice System results in reduced belt consumption costs for plant managers.
The EZSplice System also offers rapid installation, facilitating preventive maintenance and allowing rapid on-line repair.
