Welcome to Conveyor System

Efficient take-ups for aggregate conveyors

Conveyor systems involved in handling aggregate are exposed to particularly hostile conditions and consequentially have a relatively short life expectancy. The same applies to ancillary systems such as take-up frames. However, with the introduction of the new Bryant Top-Mount frame, industry now has a robust alternative for effective operation in any working environment.
Available in the UK from R.
A.
Rodriguez, Top-Mount combines all the proven advantages of the Bryant Telescoper with a new mounting arrangement.
This design places the pillow block bearing over the telescoping tubes rather than on an end plate.
Furthermore, it ensures that the unit's adjustment screw and lubricant reservoir are contained within the tubes.
In this way, the adjustment mechanism is protected from material build-up, rust, corrosion and thread damage.
This compact unit is space saving as it has been designed to be mounted within the side frame of most aggregate conveyors; no part of it projects beyond the frame rails.
Three sizes are available which accommodate pillow block bearing bores of between 45-150mm (13/4 and 6').
Standard travel lengths are from 230mm - 915mm (9 to 36') but longer lengths are available on request.
